What is More Foods+?
More Foods+ adds 15 brand new food items to Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Each food has a completely custom texture made specifically for this addon, a crafting recipe using vanilla Minecraft ingredients, and a unique special potion effect that activates when you eat it. This is not a simple reskin — every food looks, feels, and plays differently.
Some foods use simple ingredients you can get early in the game, like Cheese made from Milk and Sugar. Others are premium end-game foods like the Golden Burger that requires 8 Gold Ingots and gives you Absorption and Strength for 30 seconds. The addon also includes a Collection System that tracks every food you taste and rewards you with achievement ranks as you discover more.
Foods can be crafted at a regular Crafting Table. Fried Egg is the only food that uses a Furnace — place a regular Egg in any Furnace, Smoker, or Campfire to cook it into a Fried Egg.

How To Unlock Pro Mode
- Get a Name Tag item in your inventory.
- Hold the Name Tag in your main hand.
- Hold Sneak (Shift on PC / Sneak button on Mobile).
- While sneaking, Use the Name Tag (Right Click on PC / Tap on Mobile).
- A panel opens asking for the Secret Key.
- Enter the key exactly as shown, then press Submit.
- Pro Mode is now active forever for that world.

How To Install
- Download the .mcaddon file using the download button below.
- Tap or click the file. Minecraft will open and import both packs automatically.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Go to Settings > Experiments and enable Beta APIs.
- Add both Behavior Pack and Resource Pack to your world.
- Enter the world and start cooking!
Important: Beta APIs must be enabled for food effects, collection tracking, and the Food Guide panel to work. Without Beta APIs, foods can be crafted and eaten but will not give special effects.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do the food effects work without Beta APIs?
Foods can be crafted and eaten without Beta APIs, but the special effects, collection tracking, and Food Guide panel require Beta APIs to be enabled in Experiments. Without them you get the food and hunger but no potion effect.
Q: How do I get Cheese for Burger and Pizza recipes?
Cheese is one of the 15 new foods added by this addon. You need to craft it first before using it in other recipes. Open the Crafting Table and combine a Milk Bucket and Sugar to make Cheese. Once you have Cheese, you can use it in Burger, Pizza Slice, and Fish Taco recipes.
Q: How do I make Fried Egg?
Fried Egg is the only food in this addon that uses a Furnace. Place a regular Egg (the one chickens drop) into any Furnace, Smoker, or Campfire and cook it. It will come out as a Fried Egg. You do not need a Crafting Table for this one.
Q: Can I eat Golden Burger and Energy Drink when full?
Yes! Both Golden Burger and Energy Drink have the "can always eat" property. You can consume them even when your hunger bar is completely full. This makes them great to keep in your hotbar for quick effect boosts before a fight or during exploration.
Q: Does Ice Cream really give Slowness?
Yes! Ice Cream gives Regeneration for 5 seconds but also a brief Slowness for 3 seconds — brain freeze! The Slowness only lasts 3 seconds and the Regen is worth it. Think of it as a trade-off: great healing, minor speed penalty.
Q: Do the food textures show up correctly?
Yes, as long as both the Behavior Pack and Resource Pack are added to your world and activated. The Resource Pack contains all the custom food textures and models. If you only activate the Behavior Pack, the foods will appear as missing textures.
Q: Does this work in multiplayer and Realms?
Yes! Works on Realms, local multiplayer, and any server that allows addons with Beta APIs enabled. Each player has their own food collection progress. The Pro leaderboard tracks all players in the world and shows who has tasted the most foods.
Q: Can I use this with other addons?
Yes! More Foods+ uses a unique item identifier prefix and is fully compatible with other addons including our Smelt Everything, Craft The Uncraftable, and Reverse Crafting addons. No conflicts with vanilla or other addon items.
