[MCPE 1.21+] RR Neural Link Addon: Mind Control Mobs & Entity Possession (Script API)
Every Minecraft player has wondered what the world looks like through the eyes of a mob. How fast does a Chicken really run? What does a Cow see when it is grazing? Until now, this was only possible through complex camera hacks or spectator mode.
I am introducing the RR Neural Link Addon. This is not a simple "Morph Mod" where you just look like a mob. This is a complete neural takeover. Using the advanced Camera and Input Mapping features of the Minecraft Script API, this addon allows you to hack into the brain of any entity, see through their eyes, and control their movement with your own inputs.
In this technical documentation, I will explain the "Possession Mechanics," how the camera system tracks the mob, and how to unlock the "Pro Mode" to control hostile entities like Zombies and Creepers.
The Science of Neural Linking
The core of this addon is the "Possession State." When you activate the Neural Link (using a Nether Star), the script performs a sequence of complex actions:
- Target Acquisition: It identifies the mob you are looking at within a 20-block range.
- Player Stasis: Your physical player body is rendered invisible and given Resistance 255 (Invulnerability) to protect you while your mind is elsewhere.
- Camera Injection: The game camera detaches from your player and attaches to the target mob's eye height.
- Input Mapping: Your movement keys (WASD/Touch) are translated into velocity vectors for the mob. If you look North, the mob turns North. If you look up, the mob jumps.
Visual Demonstration
Here is the system in action. Notice how the camera shifts perspective instantly, and the controls feel natural, as if you are driving a vehicle.
Small Entity Support
The system dynamically adjusts the camera height. Possessing a Chicken gives you a ground-level view, making the world seem massive.
Free Mode vs Pro Mode Capabilities
The addon is split into two security clearance levels to balance gameplay.
Level 1: Free Mode (Passive Connection)
By default, the Neural Link is restricted to non-threatening biological signatures.
- Supported Mobs: Cows, Pigs, Sheep, Chickens, Horses, and other passive animals.
- Time Limit: Each connection lasts for 15 seconds before the signal degrades and you are returned to your body.
- Safety Protocol: You automatically teleport back to your original location upon disconnect.
Level 2: Pro Mode (Hostile Override)
Unlocking the Pro Mode breaks the security firewalls, allowing total domination over any entity.
- Hostile Support: Possess Zombies, Skeletons, Creepers, and Endermen. Walk among monsters without being attacked.
- Unlimited Connection: The 15-second timer is removed. Stay inside a mob for as long as you wish.
- Enhanced Speed: Mobs under your control move slightly faster than their vanilla AI speed.
- Statistics Panel: Tracks how many bodies you have hijacked.
Controls and Interface
The system uses simple item interactions to manage connections. The Nether Star acts as the primary controller.
| Action | Input Command |
|---|---|
| Connect / Possess | Aim at Mob + Use Nether Star |
| Movement | Look Direction (Camera) |
| Jump | Look Up (Above 45 degrees) |
| Stop Moving | Look Down |
| Disconnect | Use Nether Star (Again) |
How to Unlock Pro Mode
To bypass the passive mob restriction and time limit, you must input the encryption key into the addon's terminal.
Unlock Protocol:
- Equip a Name Tag.
- Crouch (Sneak) and Use Item to open the Terminal.
- Enter the override key below:
Upon successful entry, the system will confirm "PRO MODE ACTIVE," granting you unrestricted access to the mob network.
Installation & Requirements
This addon is heavily reliant on the "Camera Command" and "Script API" features introduced in recent updates. Proper world configuration is essential.
- Download the .mcpack file.
- Import it into Minecraft and apply the Behavior Pack.
- Enable "Beta APIs" in World Settings -> Experiments.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why is the camera jittery?
This is a limitation of the Bedrock Engine's camera command interpolation. The script optimizes this as much as possible, but slight stutter is expected on lower-end devices.
2. Can I die while possessing a mob?
No. Your real player body is invisible and has Resistance 255. You are completely safe.
3. What happens if the mob I am controlling dies?
The Neural Link will detect the entity death signal and automatically disconnect you, safely returning you to your original position.
