Are you still hunting cows in the wild with a stone sword? That's too slow! To become a pro, you need two things: Food (Steak) and Leather (Books for Enchanting).

What if I told you there is a machine that fits in a tiny 3x3 space, requires NO Redstone, and gives you cooked food instantly? This machine is called the Cow Crusher.

It sounds cruel, but it is the most efficient farm in Minecraft survival. Let's build it!

1. The Science: What is Entity Cramming? 🧠

Minecraft has a secret rule called "maxEntityCramming". By default, this number is 24.

This means only 24 mobs (Entities) can stand in one block space. If a 25th mob enters that space, the game says "It's too crowded!" and instantly kills one mob to make space. The dead mob drops its loot.

How the Diagram Works:

1. Top: Cows swim in water inside a 1x1 glass tube.
2. Middle: A Fence Post prevents them from falling down, but allows items to pass through.
3. Bottom: A Hopper catches the Leather and Steak.

2. Materials List 📦

This is the cheapest farm you will ever build.

3. Step-by-Step Build Guide 🏗️

Step 1: The Collection System

Place a Chest on the ground. Place a Hopper pointing into the back of the chest.

Step 2: The Holding Chamber

Place a solid block on top of the Hopper. Then, place a Fence Post on top of that block. Now, break the solid block. The Fence Post should be floating directly above the Hopper.

Surround the space above the Fence Post with Glass blocks (2 blocks high). This creates a 1x1 glass tube.

Step 3: Adding Cows

Build a temporary dirt staircase. Use Wheat to lure 2 cows into the top of the glass tube. Once they fall in, place a Water Bucket in the same block space as their feet.
(The water makes them jump, so they don't get stuck inside each other).

Step 4: The Roof

Place a Slab or Trapdoor on top of the glass tube to prevent cows from jumping out, but leave a small gap so you can feed them.

4. The Fire Aspect Trick (Instant Cooked Food) 🔥

Normally, cows drop Raw Beef. But we want Steak!

• Method 1 (Lava): Place a Dispenser with a Lava Bucket above the cows. Flick a lever quickly to burn them just before they die. (Risky).
• Method 2 (Fire Aspect): Use a sword with the Fire Aspect enchantment. Hit the cows once before breeding them. Or, just hold a "Flint and Steel" and click on the cows when the hole is full.

5. What to do with Leather? 📘

Check your Storage System for loot.

A. Books (Enchanting)

Combine 1 Leather + 3 Paper (from your Sugar Cane Farm) to make Books. You need 45 Books (15 Bookshelves) for a Level 30 Enchanting Table.

B. Item Frames

Use Leather to make Item Frames for your storage room to label your chests.
